“While it is important to protect personal integrity in social media, a clean, transparent and accountable government
that has nothing to fear will not use this ground as an excuse to undermine the sacred right to freedom of expression.”
I was heartily disappointed to read load of writes within a single minute which makes little or no sense to help us free us from ourselves.
i would have rather not made a comment on this , neither should i have written a piece on this topic, but for my deep sense of politics and a person
of passion for freedom; i will owe my conscience a great deal, if i never did.
The Bill, which passed a second reading in Nigeria’s Senate
last Tuesday, takes pointed aim at freedom of expression and a free
press which are protected by Section 39 of Nigeria’s
constitution. If passed, it will restrain an estimated 15 million
Nigerians who use social media, and 43 million of the 145
million active phone users who use text, instant or twitter direct
messaging services according to data from Facebook, the
Nigeria Communication Commission, and the 2015 mid-year
Mobile Africa survey conducted by Geopoll.
This Anti Social Network bill almost getting passed into law by the National Assembly is nothing but an act of pure Prejudice, sabotage, malicious thoughts, craft joblessness and irresponsibility on the path of our idle and wimp legislatures. Who does nothing other than leave their main duties to romance idiocy.
Rolling forward the frontier of the State to accommodate their prejudice and shrink the little space left for freedom of expression the people of a Nation-State enjoys.
"I don't think the Government is afraid to , the bill if passed is not
just for the government but everyone individual, for or against the government
it will encourage lies, meaning the government and the citizens will both be discouraged
from lying. Like they say, truth is bitter, i am becoming convinced it is a small piece
to pay for truth. A Nation founded in falsehood in the name of freedom is not the dream,
people have fought government, big corporations, powerful people in the court and won in
this country"
After reading through this above statement by a honest citizen of Nigeria, who i don't know if he/she ever trusted his/her conscience , i was left to a smile on my cheek. So, the government should be allowed to only allow us to tell the truth by structuring our mind, brains, thoughts and opinion!! When did the World becomes do real that the truth becomes so easy that its now an "obsession" for our "Honorable members", can and his the National Assembly telling us the truth behind all this, if not to cover-up for their messes and ineffectiveness. The government will then become the sole determinant of what is True or False for or against it.
I sit to think, why on earth will our Legislature, our so called representatives sit to think of cutting off our right to think is the better way to keeping us alive. What happens to the lies we tell in the corner of our rooms?, what happens to the lies that accompany all their political campaigns and promises?
Whatever reason or intention Senator Bala Ibn Na'allah has , he shouldn't have sponsored a bill just to cover-up our future.
The National Assembly should not be allowed to strangle the Freedom of Information law and social media liberty just because they want to protect themselves, parading their selves more like a Leviathan. In the best interest of this Nation this acrimonious bill should be laid to rest or withdrawn.
If passed into law would undermine the internationally recognized right to freedom the internet in Nigeria.
This bill wants any individual or group of person who sends any alleged false text messages or post false messages on the social media against another person be jailed for two(2) years or pay a fine of two million(2,000000)naira or both.
This left us no choices than ask them all; lets refer them to the rampaging kidnapping issue that has lingered for long in the country where only kidnap associated with the people at the corridor of power or their relatives get greet deal of attention of the media and the security outfit then the Senate will go o rampage on why draconian law should be passed on issue of kidnap just because one of their fellow senior citizen/s was involve. How many of this issues get media attention when it affects the common citizens who pays ransom every now and then with little or no security outfit help. A Government that has been trained to attend to only issues that bothers on senior citizens can never be allowed or trusted to maneuver how laws and keep us in perpetual limitations. This act of the National assembly begs the question " how do we know what's the truth and who tells one", this kind of bill is might to help cover alot of things about them....................OH!!! Our citizens will then be reduced to a mere spectator, toothless and helpless in the political arena, most of our youths and critics will spend two precious year of their life in jail just for expression their opinion on the government.
If that's the case why a National Assembly or a Democracy when we can no longer our view/s without Fear or Favour. International law requires any restriction to rights online must be provided in law, pursuant to a legitimate aim and limited to only what is necessary and proportionate, which this bill fall short to fulfill. They practically want to restrict the ability of the citizens to question their judgments, ineffectiveness or digging in their pasts, using these tools to communicate , connect and seek independent sources of information. This was meant to savage social media and human right defender who/that might be critical of the government policies or report on malicious intents and corruption involving government and it's officials{first class citizens} and information will no longer be freely accessed.
The bill, titled: “A Bill for an Act to Prohibit Frivolous Petitions and other
Matters Connected therewith”, is sponsored by Senator Ibn Na’Allah, APC,
Kebbi South. The bill provides for an option of N4 million for persons
convicted of false newspaper, radio and television statements and N2
million for offenders of false phone text messages or messages on
Facebook, twitter, Instagram, or WhatsApp. The bill also punishes alleged
malicious intent to discredit or set the public against any person or group
of persons, institutions of government.
On the social media, the bill read: “Where any person through text message,
tweets, WhatsApp or through any social media post any abusive statement
knowing same to be false with intent to set the public against any person
and group of persons, an institution of government or such other bodies
established by law shall be guilty of an offence and upon conviction, shall
be liable to an imprisonment for two years or a fine of N2,000,000.00 or
both fine and imprisonment.”
While will a bill against the rule of equity and natural justice be allowed to pass, this bill is running against the public opinion!!! And haven't be a bill to set the record straight on corruption with very stiff/draconian measures/heavier hammers on corrupt laden government officials or politicians. Why is the bill holding strong/down politicians who illegally got their way into elective positions via rigging; they spend time in offices knowing pretty well they will be removed from the office but, before then, they could steal/loot as much as they can and still be paid fat salaries which they will never return when they got removed by the court of law,the legislature cannot help us reduce many and lengthy election cases in election tribunal.
We still expecting a bill to reduce their fat allowance plus salary, all majority of bills passing is meant to keep them save from scrutiny and accountability.
Nigerians must stand to say No to the bill of imprisonment and impediment, alot of our rights has been trampled on freely, but will never allow this to stand. THIS IS A DEMOCRACY AND REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT WE MUST BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK FREELY, WRITE FREELY AND GET INFORMATION FREELY THROUGH ALL MEANS AVAILABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MOSCOW-RUSSIA TAKING THE LEAD IN INTERNET CRIME AND CYBER MORALITY....
As part of increasing efforts by the world’s largest entertainment companiesto crack down on Internet piracy, various initiatives are seeking to deprive so-called
‘pirate’ sites of their income.
According to the Russian Association of Electronic Communications big
companies are supporting piracy with $70 million a year because of their
online-advertising. They plan to negotiate with the named companies to take down their ads.
For a long time, Russia has been a haven for software pirates, with a
government doing nothing about it.Legislation changed however two years ago with new anti-piracy laws that
require internet service providers to block pirate sites. According to Torrentfreak, some days ago access to 280 Pirate sites has been restricted in Russia. With the new initiative, the Russian
Government takes another important step to dry out the big shady sector of
Media piracy in Rlussia.
“If we can agree with the agencies, the pirate business will die by itself,”
says Media chief Marina Surygina.
While the government and local industry may indeed succeed in forcing
large companies to withdraw their support for pirate sites, there are plenty
of smaller operations that are only too willing to take up the slack.
“Our ‘follow the money’ initiative was supported and announced by deputy
minister Volin. We have detailed research on brand advertising on pirate
sites including all campaign details, URLs, agencies etc,” Byrdin says.
“We’re going to go all the way with these brands and reveal either their
hypocrisy or negligence.”
Automobile manufacturers including Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Mazda and Volvo are all
being accused of being pirate sponsors by the government, alongside
technology giant Microsoft and personal grooming product company
Gillette.
But that’s just the beginning of a hardline stance that also includes site
blacklisting . “We’re ready to start taking responsibility for this and
establishing a commission to blacklist sites,” Wolin continued. “But we’ll
need government approval for that.”
Back in America, the idea of starving piracy is hardly an idea at all. In a
recent Forbes op-ed, RIAA president Cary Sherman complained about legal
loopholes in the DMCA and useless ‘whack-a-mole’ enforcement, but didn’t
even mention the elephant-in-the-room of major brand advertising.
Meanwhile, streaming industry revenues are being crippled by free access ,
with advertisers seemingly happy to support legal or illegal sites alike.

MARIJUANA ; THE WILL TO SMOKE/CONSUME AND, THE PART THAT CURES
Cannabis legalization might not have gotten it's fair share in Africa, bt.it is widely smoked and consumed by many youths across The African states.......Legalization of POT might have yet put another bullet in the coffin for Cannabis Advocates has its gained legality in some States in the United State of America . We're now at at point where some Governments of the world are beginning to realize the economic implication of letting cannabis strife, knowing how much it's going to contribute in revenue if cannabis get legalization. Removal of certain restriction attached to Marijuana possession and consumption-in term of criminal penalties for certain marijuana related offenses, thousands of individuals will avoid the collateral consequences associated with a criminal record.
Call it Pot, Weed, Grass, Dope, Marijuana, to some it helps to sustain a good/better health and help through psychological stress/es. But in contradictory term it is immoral, illegal and destructive. To many around the world it represents an essential medicine that helpalleviates debilitating Symptoms. Without this, these people wouldn't be able to treat their conditions-some even think they will be useless has dead without Marijuana.
In States that where medical cannabis strives, Doctors recommend medical marijuana for several conditions and diseases, especially chronic like Nausea(mostly caused by chemotherapy, loss of appetite anxiety, arthritis, cancer, aids, glaucoma, multiple sclerosis, insomnia, epilepsy, inflammation, migraine, among others). Exactly how does Medical marijuana work to treat these conditions and how effective it could be to get more support spread across the World!! Most of us probably have an opinion on It; lauded and denigrated across d world. Advocates persuade towards it being harmless and can cure all manner of diseases, why critics belief it is a path way with plethora of dangerous and irreversible side effects, physical and psychological.
This Cannabis Sativa plant for millennia has been used recreationally and medically-with burnt cannabis seeds found in burial trenches dating back to 3,000 BC. "The war on drug" and reefer Madness among others has changed all that. The public was made to belief it is damaging and destroys a user's mental and physical wellbeing, encourage reckless behaviour and breads contempt for traditional societal values, Which observation has proven to be right. But, the resent shift in people's opinion as of 2015, the science behind the Marijuana plant is experiencing some-worth of a reawakening as well. The secret inside this once taboo Sativa seems to be a wealth of remedies. Each year passing, citizens are beginning to look to the plant to treat various conditions. A lot of benefits lies inside the divisive leaf of the Cannabis Sativa plant which has unquestionably suffered from smear campaign .
While drug prescription misuse and alcohol kills millions around the world per year, there hasn't be being such record from the misuse of of marijuana ( that is if there was/is any).
With the two sides having a valid and logical arguments, it is worth a trial to allow for the medical realization of The Cannabis Sativa.Keeping the society healthy and safe as well, any Nation or State that want to tap into the scientific benefits of the so called "Miracle Drug" should keep in place a Virile Drug Enforcement Agency or Administration that will monitor as well as participate in the study that will make Marijuana beneficial to the society.has their exist some benefits and hope that something good might come out of researches into its' medical sphere as evidences has shown.
This few States already legalized the use of cannabis Sativa :
Argentina ; Belgium ; Canada ; Czech Republic ; Israel ; Italy ; Iran ; North Korea ; Mexico ; Netherlands ; Peru ; Poland.

Microsoft back on the road with digital assistant ; Cortana in your car.
Microsoft originally led in car technology with its SYNC
platform for Ford, only to see itself look increasingly old-school as people's
expectations were shaped by faster, friendlier smartphones. Now QNX has
taken over Ford's SYNC 3 , and Google's Android Auto and Apple's CarPlay
are grasping for more control of the car through people's phones. Windows
in the car is another chance for Microsoft, and speech-controlled Cortana
can lead the way. It shouldn't be that hard for Microsoft to port Windows
10 to the car—it’s just a big, rolling, connected tablet, anyways!
Cortana in the car? It might happen soon. The Taipei Times reported that Samuel
Shen, chief operating officer at the Microsoft Asia-Pacific Research and
Development Group, said Microsoft has developed a prototype of a
connected car that uses Cortana as an interface. Instead of forcing you to
glance at the dashboard (taking your eyes off the road) the prototype
projects information onto your windshield. A head-up display is already
used in some cars to show speed, navigation, and other data. Microsoft's
prototype display can show directions or allow the driver to make
reservations at local restaurants, the paper reported. Android Auto and
Apple CarPlay remain stuck in the car's in-dash display.
Last year, Microsoft showed off Windows for cars, based on a concept
oriented around Windows 8. With the advent of Windows 10 and Cortana,
however, Microsoft has updated its vision.
Adding Cortana as the speech interface achieves many of the goals
Microsoft laid out last year: reducing the “cognitive load,” or the
requirement to think about what you’re doing; glanceability, or minimizing
the “eye time” on the screen beyond 2 seconds; trying to minimize the
effects of different screen sizes; and doing away with the need to touch
tiny onscreen buttons—which might be OK on a phone, but much less so at
65 mph. should cover all those goals.

craig David back loving music again
Kurupt FM on 1Xtra got Craig David to confess to loving music again, after one performance again and it was lovely, he was feeling the music himself when performing feel me in........"It was too much energy in there. Big Narstie was doing his thing with
Stormzy coming through and Shola Ama sounded amazing.
"When I did the Fill Me In combo it was just something I thought would
sound cool on the drop but then people went nuts for it."
His loving the response got from the performance,
"The comments have been so beautiful," he admits with a huge smile on
his face.
"I'm in that place of loving music again and not taking things too serious."
Craig says the reaction on social media has reinforced his reasoning for
being back in the studio.
"When you come out the box and you sell seven million records and you
have songs like Fill Me In and 7 Days and Walking Away - that's what
people expect."
Despite the anticipation for his sixth album Craig says he doesn't feel any
pressure because he's "removed it" from his life.
Loving music again
At one point Craig admits he fell out of love with music - albeit
momentarily.
"There was a moment where I bought into statistics," he remembers.
"I bought into the charts and the records I was selling.
"I remember the first album doing so well and selling seven million.
"My next album did 3.5 million and I was looking at it like it was a
disappointment.
"There are now albums selling 20,000 and getting number one.
"I bought in to all the nonsense because I took it too serious and if you
keep on that road you start to buy into all of that and you forget about
what it was about."
Craig says, at the age of 34, he's back feeling like a 17-year-old kid again.
"It's about being hungry and passionate," he says.
And there he goes after filling us in to play Bestival and then he's off to
visit his mum.
Craig David will fancy the chance of hitting the studio again and dropping a new studio album, it's been over five years since we've seen or heard anything close to an Album. Almost the whole World love his debuts album.....from the street to the living room...from the rural to sub-urbam to Urban-the lyrics where cool and the tracks very hot..
Though, no hint was dropped on any new album yet....it will be good to buy something new that looks like an Album from him....."My thing is I just want to get it right," he admits to Newsbeat at Bestival.
"I've set such a benchmark.
We wish him lucks!!!

Apple rolls; it's soon, new and free{IOS 9}
iOS 9 is Available as a Free Update for iPhone, iPad & iPod touch
Users September 16
Introduces More Intelligence, New Multitasking Features for iPad
& More Powerful Built-in Apps
SAN FRANCISCO — September 9, 2015 — Apple® yesterday
announced iOS 9, the world’s "most advanced" mobile operating
system, will be available on Wednesday, September 16 as a free
update for iPhone®, iPad® and iPod touch® users. iOS 9 makes
iOS devices more intelligent and proactive with powerful search
and improved Siri® features, all while protecting users’ privacy.
The way you interact with iPad gets even better with iOS 9,
thanks to new multitasking features that let users view and
interact with two apps at once, side by side. With Picture-in-
Picture, users can play video while browsing the web, composing
email or using other apps. Built-in apps become more powerful
with a redesigned Notes app offering new ways to capture ideas,
detailed transit information in Maps, and an all-new News app for
the best news reading experience on any mobile device.
“iOS 9 is packed with intelligence that makes every experience
with iPhone and iPad even more powerful — Siri can do more
than ever and new proactive assistance helps you get more done
before you ask, all while protecting users’ privacy,” said Craig
Federighi, Apple’s senior vice president of Software Engineering.
“With iOS 9 we focused on strengthening the foundation of iOS
with a deep focus on quality, and with the help of more than one
million users who participated in our first ever public beta
program, we’re excited to release the best version of iOS yet.”
Intelligence
In iOS 9, every experience with iPhone gets even better, with new
intelligence that works behind the scenes to present the right
information at the right time. Proactive assistance presents the
most relevant information at a given time of day and suggests
actions at that particular moment based on the apps you use
frequently and the time of day you use them. Siri features an all-
new design, contextual reminders based on time and location,
and new ways to search photos and videos. Search queries
deliver more relevant results from more categories, including
sports scores and schedules, simple math calculations, weather
conditions and stock prices.
iPad Experience
iOS 9 delivers new multitasking features designed specifically for
iPad that allow you to do even more:
Slide Over lets you simultaneously work in a second app without
leaving the one you’re in and easily switch between your apps.
Split View allows you to view and interact with two apps at the
same time, side by side, and resize your view to prioritize one
app over another.
Picture-in-Picture lets you continue a video or FaceTime® call
while using your favorite apps.
Typing is faster and easier with an all-new Shortcut Bar that
displays convenient editing tools, and new Multi-Touch™ gestures
make it even easier to select, edit and move text.
Built-In Apps
The powerful built-in apps on iPhone and iPad are designed for
all your essential, everyday tasks. In iOS 9, we’re delivering a
completely redesigned Notes app, support for transit in Maps, an
all-new News app and new capabilities in Apple Pay™.
The completely redesigned Notes app includes the ability to draw
a quick sketch using your finger, easily create checklists to keep
track of your to-dos or snap a photo directly in a note. Important
items can be saved directly to the Notes app from other apps
and are kept in sync across all your enabled devices with
iCloud®.
Maps adds support for metropolitan transit systems and
schedules, and subway station entrances and exits are precisely
mapped. When you plan your trip, Maps can offer a combination
of trains, subways, buses and walking, and presents you with
what’s nearby, delivering options for local food, drinks, shopping
and more.*
News delivers a reading experience that combines the rich,
immersive design of a print magazine with the interactivity of
digital media. News can learn your interests and suggest relevant
content that’s easily shareable or saved for later, and delivers the
best articles from more than 50 publishers, representing hundreds
of titles from the world’s most influential news, sports, business
and magazine brands, covering over one million topics.**
Apple Pay adds support for Discover, merchant rewards programs
and participating store-issued credit and debit cards. Shoppers
will be able to manage their cards in the new Wallet app.
Foundation
This latest release makes the foundation of iOS even stronger
with refinements including battery optimization that provides a
typical user with an additional hour of battery life, and a low-
power mode to further extend battery life.*** Software updates
require less space to install and the Install Later feature can
perform updates to your device when it’s not in use. Enhanced
security features in iOS 9 keep your devices and Apple ID secure
by strengthening the passcode that protects your devices and
improving two-factor authentication by building it directly into
iOS, making it harder for others to gain unauthorized access to
your Apple ID. iOS 9 apps and the user interface now take
advantage of Metal™ to deliver faster scrolling, smoother
animation and better overall performance.
Availability
iOS 9 will be available beginning Wednesday, September 16 as a
free software update for iPhone 4s and later, iPod touch 5th
generation and later, iPad 2 and later and iPad mini™ and later.
Some features may not be available in all regions or all
languages.
"Hey SIRi" call it charm!!! -IOS 9 got the moves - event unveil and next upgrades
The Cupertino-based ground breaking event was held yesterday with lots of optimism as expected, history was made, lovers were oowed has one of the largest event in the firms history came on stage. Apple announced a flurry of new products at an event traditionally used to promote the company's latest iPhone. Alongside the brand new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus boasting 3D touch and a 12Mp camera came a brand new Apple TV, the much-rumoured iPad Pro and new Apple Watch models. Plus, we've included our live blog so you can read exactly what happened, as it happened on the nigh.
As soon as the event started, it was clear that it was going to be an important event – why? Because Apple skipped the part where it normally talks about how the company is faring and how its products are rocking the market, and moved straight onto its new products.
So, what was announced at the event? It started off with the Apple Watch and watchOS 2. The Apple Watch Sport is getting two new colours – gold and rose gold, along with a number of new sport straps and a new hand-stitched luxury leather strap from Hermes. The new Apple Watch Sport models are shipping from today, and watchOS 2 is coming 16 September.
Next up was a brand new iPad – the iPad Pro. The 12.9in beauty is the largest iOS device Apple has ever made, and boasts a 2732x2048 display with around 5.6 million pixels. It also comes with a 64-bit A9X chip with 1.8x the performance of the A8X, which Apple claims can produce “desktop-class performance”. Alongside the A9X chip is a four-speaker audio system, 8Mp iSight camera, Touch ID and two killer accessories – the Apple Pencil and Apple Smart Keyboard. To find out more about the iPad Pro and its killer features, check out: iPad Pro features, design, new features, UK launch date and pricing. The iPad mini 4 also got a brief mention, so don’t forget to check that out either.
After showcasing the iPad Pro, it was Tim’s turn to introduce the next generation Apple TV complete with a redesigned OS (tvOS) and touch remote. It boasts a full App Store with games that can be played with the remote, as well as your iPhone or iPad alongside Siri integration that can be used at any time. Watching Netflix and want to find out the weather? Just ask Siri and it’ll be displayed on the lower third of your screen, out of the way of the action. You can also ask “What did he say?” when watching a movie and Siri will rewind the clip 15 seconds and temporarily enable subtitles.
Last came, the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. Many rumours about the upcoming iPhone 6S turned out to be true – it’ll be available in Rose Gold, it’ll boast a new kind of touch named “3D Touch” and boasts a 12Mp rear-facing camera with 4K video capabilities. The introduction of 3D Touch gives users a totally new way to interact with their smartphone – say for example, you’re sent a text message with an address. Instead of directly opening Maps, you can force press the address to open a pop-up Map that you can quickly view and dismiss. It also includes Live Photos, photos that when force touched will play a short video clip and sound from when the photo was taken.
No matter the lowlights lowlights lowlights event and the lastest from updates.the San Francisco event was a success. Apple, already known for set another standard @ the 2015 event to to remembered for a long minute.

Must the USA Government have access to world data.....
Accord to report in the New York Time Report, the United State government is currently in a legal battle with two Tech giants due to access denial to private customer data base. The two concurrent battles have
emerged: one with Apple over access to the iMessage service and the other with Microsoft over data stored on a server in Dublin, Ireland.
The Apple-related Department of Justice investigation focuses on iMessages that are sent and received from suspected gun and drug dealers. Apple claims that iMessage is encrypted end-to-end so it cannot see the messages, a point that has been highlighted many times by the company and even the CEO, Tim
Cook . This, in turn, means the US government cannot see them.End-to-end encryption, the type used by Apple in iMessage and
FaceTime, means that no one — not even Apple — can see the content of the messages sent between users, effectively halting any third party attempts to access the data. This encryption does not apply to iCloud, the company's group of online services, and Apple has handed over some messages that were stored in the cloud to the US government. Apple CEO Tim Cook has been an outspoken advocate of privacy, often throwing jabs at Google over its practises.
"There’s another attack on our civil liberties that we see heating up every day — it’s the battle over encryption," he told the New York Times. "We think this is incredibly dangerous."Microsoft is currently in a showdown with the US government over access to information on a server located in Dublin,
Ireland, and whether the US government can access it. Brad Smith, Microsoft's legal council, has spoken publicly about the ramifications of the triumph by the DOJ, claiming that it would set a precedent for other governments — namely Russia and China — to access data on servers based in the US.
"People want to know what law will be applied to their data,”Brad Smith told The New York Times. "[The] French want their rights under French law, and Brazilians under Brazilian law. What is the U.S. government going to do when other governments reach into the U.S. data centers, without notifying
the U.S. government?" Microsoft and the US government are set to argue it out this week when both parties appear in a federal appeals court on

Google gone rogue; blocked the blocker...
The trending remour say Google has started neutralizing the popular adware filter
AdBlock plus. It seems like Google has finally discover a way around this
handy ad-gobbling extension to increase their almost non-existent revenues
from the site .
Twitter users posted screenshots of Chrome, showing the video
streaming site playing “pre-roll ads” without any skip option. It seems that
YouTube is masquerading Ads as normal video-content. This trick seems to
work well with all existing adblocker extensions, not only the market leader
AdBlock Plus. This pose a major setback to web developers, since the ads contribute a
significant slice of their total income.
You can say Google has almost gone rogue with their new scheme, since
users with the extension are no longer able to skip the ad at the beginning
of the video; a privilege afforded by most of us non AdBlock users for a
long time.
Users have claimed that by uninstalling the YouTube app, Google’s bypass
gets skipped and AdBlock Plus will return to its rightful place.
Google’s new development might bring happy tears to the eyes of many
content creators and publishers, as the world famous website plays King in
cashing more than a few industrious pay checks.
Adware is still a major controversy among content creators and consumers,
and will most likely remain a battle that we’ll never see the end of… Or more
suitably; The Battle of the Net.

HACKTIVISM, "IMPACT TEAM" WAS ALMOST RIGHT ABOUT ASHLEY MADISON.
Hacktivism [the act of hacking, or breaking into a computer system, for politically or socially or personally motivated purpose] might raise a lot of eye bras when mentioned to our hearing, at first negative thought sprung the mind. How can I blame the intuition and negative outlook, when the most popular news of them which touches on the ear drum are negatives?
The Ashley Madison infiltration by the “IMPACT TEAM” due to the kind of service it offers only brings to mind why allow infidelity and immorality strive and trend in our society this deep to allowing a site run an online community that promotes immorality at extreme. The “impact team” has hacked Ashley Madison obviously without permission; this was seemed to be done with one or two motives in mind, the obvious being to convince people behind the online infidelity community to shutdown the activities by threatening to release user data which include members personal information such as home address, credit card details, images, conversations place use to carry out this acts, in an attempt to force a shot-down of Ashley Madison infidelity service. This information was later released and made public nearly a month later, almost a whopping 20gig of internal company data held by Ashley Madison parent company AVID LIFE MEDIA.
Despite the alleged illegality that accompanied this act the good intentions of the hackers can never be subdued. As it was spelt out by the police superintendent in Toronto, Canada, Superintendent Bryce Evans that this activity is “illegal and can’t be tolerated”. Amazingly, felony has been committed in an attempt to help fix/free the society of immorality-but in a world where people claim many rights (In-sex right as it is being propagated in the Uk, Gay right, among others). How could you say Ashley Madison was wrong in helping people satisfy their sexual craves and making infidelity convert (fidelity in extra-marital affairs), as much as the goal seems wrong, it seems right in the eye of the law. Looking at the intention of the hacker to infiltrate Ashley Madison due to the kind of services it offer seemed right. The site provides an enabling atmosphere that promotes cheating on own wife or girlfriend or fiancée/fiancé, and favors adultery which is the main objective, thus is objectable on moral and on legal grounds. Though, other sites exist that promote same course, some even broadcast television broadcasts, one fact remains, no matter how intolerable it is, it is not illegal. Anonymity of other users cannot be easily traced or identified, promoting this idea that anyone can get away with infidelity or extra-marital affair with another person without the knowledge of your partner or keeping it secret from the significant other. Bad as it seems as long as you not caught their wouldn’t be any proof that can be against a person. One of the lacunas of running this is, keep it away from the claws of the law.
Despite people buying into the services it is a little surprise to find-out one or two celebrities signed up for this service on the website. Josh Dugger who should be promoting the right family values as executive director of a conservative lobbing group called ‘Family Research Council’ was found wanting [how hypocritical can people be in this world of ours!!!] he was later found twisting his tongue that he has absolved himself from the act more than a decade ago and was finally plying the “right path” how believable!. Doesn’t the idea of being unfaithful bother them one way or the other, after the crave for raging hormone has driven the instinct toward submitting to marital infidelity?
Two suicide cases in connection to the Ashley Madison infiltration has surfaced, maybe they’re too afraid to bear the pains that is going to come their way. If you’ve taken the leap of courage to own an account in an adultery society you should be strong enough to think less of suicide just because your immoral act will be exposed to public comments. If you could learn how to be good again and follow the right paths, though the past remains as part of your story forever, the future still holds a lot of great things.
If this “hacktivism” becomes successful in persuading the people behind Ashley Madison to call quit this service, it will be a big thing for the internet community but a victory for the society. Even if the activity of the “Impact Team” was illegal a great moral effect have been created and a sense of responsibility has been shown and felt.

The Nokia 3310 Turned 15 Years Olton days ago. But It's Still The Best Phone Ever.
A lot has changed in the Technology world and it's developed so much in such a small amount of time, it's
incredible to think that the Nokia 3310 used to be the best phone that
money could buy back in the year 2000. It didn't have a big aerial sticking
out of the top, it had games... Life had never been so good.
Fast forward to 2015, and we can stream HD films onto our phones on the
go, speak to our phones and tell them to remind us to buy milk when we
pop down the shop and there's even a phone that unlocks by using your
fingerprint. Just think, in another 15 years - what will our phones look like?
However, we're concentrating on the good stuff here. At least back in the
day, you could compare scores on Snake with pretty much everyone
because no-one had to download an app - it was already there. Plus, forget
about taking your charger everywhere - the Nokia 3310's battery could last
seemingly forever.
'I heard that some girl lost her #Nokia3310 and found it a year later
and it was still on.'
Also, if you dropped it, you wouldn't have the Schrödinger's cat situation
where your phone is lying face-down and the screen is both broken and not
broken until you look. The Nokia 3310 would never break. In fact, the
internet still has a good old laugh about how tough they were compared to
the iPhones of today.
"...you don't break nokia...nokia breaks you" it was just a phone if all weather and season!!!

passes clinical tests it could help millions of women around the world
achieve a larger cleavage without having to go under the knife.
The patented bra has been successfully tested on several women in Europe,
and the U.S. tests have proven just as successful. Sabrina Molinar, from
Miami, increased her breasts from a B to a C cup after wearing the bra for
just 15 minutes a day over seven days.
Despite its initial success, no one is actually sure how the bra increases
breast size, not even the inventor himself.
The bra is currently named 'E Bra'and Milić is hoping to produce it in all sizes and have it on sale next year.
The price has not yet been decided, but you can guarantee it'll be cheaper
and safer than surgery. Ladies this is your call far ahead of your imagination.

Men and women all over the world are hailing the vibrating bra as 'the
greatest invention since the wheel'. Alright, they're not, but it's pretty
revolutionary.

APPLE BOREDOM ; nothing seems different anymore!!
Smartphone makers used to wow us with every new bell, whistle and
fingerprint reader, but nowadays a slightly sharper display or crisper camera
elicit little more than a shrug. It's a dilemma the entire industry faces as the
smartphone market matures. Just look at how Samsung's sales have
sputtered even with a steady stream of new Galaxy smartphones or how
HTC's tumbled after that company released its flagship One smartphone
with minimal physical changes. The excitement that once gripped you as hype built for the next Apple
iPhone isn't quite there anymore, but faithfyls shall brace for the new gadget on their doorsteps.
There is no better poster child for this problem than the upcoming iPhone.
Next week, Apple will unveil its next iPhone, likely to be called the iPhone
6S, and it will look exactly like last year's model. The appearance of that
phone wasn't all that different from Apple's first smartphone, introduced
eight years ago.
"What can they pull out of the iPhone bag to get people excited?" asked
Kantar Worldpanel analyst Carolina Milanesi. "That's what the big question
is."
The likely marquee feature for this year's iPhone 6S will be the Force Touch
technology used in the Apple Watch, a pressure-sensitive display that
responds to various types of touches. A new color could be in the works as
well. Some rumors say Apple may tweak the device's display and materials
and slightly alter the design to incorporate a bigger battery. None of that
seems likely to spark consumers' attention the way voice-activated digital
assistant Siri did.
Next week, other products may be the real attention-getters in what some
reports have said will be a jam-packed launch event in San Francisco.
Apple is expected to introduce new iPads (possibly including a long-awaited
12.9-inch iPad Pro) and an updated Apple TV, and it will launch its iOS 9
and Mac OS X El Capitan software, first shown in June. Our boredom doesn't mean Apple won't sell millions of phones, but it does mean consumers may think a little longer before shelling out cash for an
iPhone 6S when their old devices are "good enough."
The iPhone is by far the company's most important device. It accounts for
more than two-thirds of Apple's revenue and easily outpaces other products
in shipments and sales.
But the smartphone market overall isn't growing as it once did. Shipments
worldwide should rise only about 10 percent this year, according to IDC,
well below the 28 percent increase in 2014, with China shouldering much of
the responsibility for that slowdown.
Samsung and fellow smartphone makers including LG, HTC and Xiaomi
have felt it, and not even Apple could avoid concerns during its most
recently concluded quarter. In July, Apple reported fiscal third-quarter
earnings that were better than analysts had forecast and revenue largely in
line with expectations, but it wasn't the blowout Wall Street has gotten
used to. The company also projected weaker fiscal fourth-quarter sales
than anticipated and said it sold fewer iPhones (47.5 million) in its third
quarter than Wall Street analysts expected (49.4 million).
While the iPhone has seen notable changes over the years, it has
essentially remained a rectangular box with a round home button since the
first model arrived in 2007, and that design limits what Apple can do. It's
already boosted the overall size of the devices with the 4.7-inch iPhone 6
and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus that arrived a year ago.
Simply put, many consumers are finding their older smartphones to be
snappy enough. Changes in the wireless market in the US are a factor too:
Carriers have essentially done away with two-year contracts, so consumers
may think a little harder about forking over $649 for an iPhone instead of
the subsidized price of $200 they paid up front before.
For the iPhone 6S, those two-year upgraders will be crucial.
"Apple has always really embraced the two-year upgrade cycle, and its
strategy has been to make sure the two-year upgrade is a compelling one,"
Jackdaw Research analyst Jan Dawson said. "Compare the 6S to the 5S,
which is the comparison most would-be buyers will be making, and it'll be a
really significant upgrade."
Apple has said many consumers still need to upgrade their phones, even
though a record of people already jumped at the chance to buy the iPhone
6. According to Kantar Worldpanel, nearly one-third of both US and urban
Chinese iPhone users -- Apple's two biggest markets -- own iPhones that
are at least two years old. If Apple manages to get everyone who hasn't
bought a new smartphone in a couple of years to upgrade, the device to be
unveiled next week could surpass the success of the iPhone 6.
And yes, the iPhone 6S should still command long lines as the Apple
faithful vie to be the first to get the new device on launch day.
But for everyone else, a new iPhone is no longer a must-have item.

Tech giant files a patent application for a built-in fuel cell system
With all the goods that comes from electronic gadgets, it is a common knowledge that battery life is a big issue, a lot of stop gaps has been developed to fix this in different ways and capacities. While a number of different products have been developed for charging
electronics devices, few have taken off. Typically, fuel cells for electronics are
designed for portable charging, in which a person carries a fuel cartridge
that's about the size of a roll of coins and can recharge a smartphone or
music player. But Apple envisions fuel cells built directly into electronics.
The way fuel cells create electricity is by combining a fuel, such as
hydrogen, with an oxidizing agent, like oxygen or air. The technology has
gained increased attention over the past few years because not only could
it replace batteries, it could also be used as an alternative to traditional
fossil fuels, like oil and gas.
While hydrogen is a common source of fuel for the technology, Apple's
patent outlines a number of potential fuel sources, including sodium
borohydride and water, sodium silicate and water, lithium hydride and water,
magnesium hydride and water, among others -- including liquid hydrogen
and compressed hydrogen gas.
This isn't Apple's first patent application for a fuel cell system. In 2011, the
company filed a similar application for such a system for a "portable
computing device." In March, the USPTO published an Apple patent
application for an external fuel cell system to power mobile devices.
This is a significant move to market dominance from the IOS producer.

BlackBerry is to make a new acquisition that could help it win over more business customers.
BlackBerry has announced that it has agreed to a new acquisition worth $425 million in cash . Based in California, Good Technology offers secure applications, communications and email services to large
companies and government agencies. Good and BlackBerry have actually
been fierce competitors at times in the area of secure mobile
communications.
By this Good Technology acquisition, BlackBerry has not only gotten rid of a rival but also
cements its leadership position in delivering secure emails and other
communications in the workplace. The move is part of BlackBerry's strategy toward more business-centric services after individual smartphone users and even corporate buyers bailed on it and embraced Apple's iPhone
and gadgets running Google's Android software.
Good will also deliver to Waterloo, Ontario-based BlackBerry a wider lineup
of enterprise and government customers. It currently sells its products and
services to more than 6,200 organizations, with more than half on the
Fortune 100. Among those are all of the Fortune 100 commercial banks,
aerospace and defense firms as well as companies in the healthcare,
manufacturing and retail sector.
With the addition, BlackBerry said it plans to expand its ability to
offer a superior secured mobile platform with applications for any mobile device on
any operating system. Good already has experience managing devices
using Android, Microsoft's Windows and Apple's iOS software. BlackBerry is
looking to combine that experience with its own expertise in both
BlackBerry 10 and Android management to offer customers the ability to
support the operating system and devices of their choice.
"By acquiring Good, BlackBerry will better solve one of the biggest struggles
for CIOs today, especially those in regulated industries: securely managing
devices across any platform," BlackBerry CEO John Chen full of optimism, said in a press
release. "By providing even stronger cross-platform capabilities our
customers will not have to compromise on their choice of operating
systems, deployment models or any level of privacy and security. "
BlackBerry expects the deal to be completed in November, subject to the
usual regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
With the experience, capabilities and capacity of Good Technology, BlackBerry has a competent team to add up to her already potent team. Security will definitely be better managed. And. Market share will be expected to grow with a better enterprise services .

Stop window 10 persistent update
In essence, automatic updates should be a good thing,
some of them seemed troublesome and create more triubles than ease.
Several issues have already been encountered by users since that time
when Windows Update was launched. These include an unstable graphics
driver which causes the monitor to suddenly switch off, a buggy security
patch which in turn corrupted Windows Explorer and a patch which causes
Windows 10 PCs to crash repeatedly. The said patch is identified as
KB3081424.
During the patch's update process, it would suddenly show a failed warning
before giving out a message to the user. It then says , "We couldn't
complete the updates, undoing the changes." Since there's no way of stopping Windows 10 updates, installing KB3081424 only ends up in a series of system reboots.
Luckily, there are now ways that have been uncovered in order to perpetually avoid the
annoyance brought by such updates type. For users who had the same trouble of installing KB3081424, they can do
these steps in order to get rid of the annoying registry entry.
The Smaller Picture
first need to type "regedit" in the Start menu.
Next, in the opened window, users should navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion
\ProfileList.
Since the task on hand is risky, users should also backup the registry key.
This can be done by highlighting the ProfileList, clicking File and Export and
then choosing a backup name.
The next step is to scan through the ProfileList IDs and then delete those
found with ProfileImagePath.
Lastly, they need to close regedit and then reboot.
If these steps are followed properly, there shouldn't be an issue the next
time that the user tries to install KB3081424.
The Bigger Picture
At least three methods exists that users can choose from in order to
stop this automatic updates on Windows 10. These are mostly applicable to
those updates that are delivered through the Windows Update Service.
The first option is to "Stop the Windows Update Service."
In order to do this, the user should first open the Run command and then
type "services.msc" before pressing the "Enter" key. The Services list would
then appear. From here, the user should find the Windows Update service
and then open it. Under the General tab, the user should change "Startup
Type" into "Disabled." Lastly, he needs to restart his PC.
Re-enabling Windows Update is done using the same steps except in that
part when the user has to change the "Startup Type." In this case, it should
be changed into "Automatic."
The second option is to "Setup a Metered Connection."
The user needs to open the Settings app. Next, he should open the section
called "Network & Internet." Afterwards, he should open "WiFi" and then
click "Advanced Options." Lastly, he needs to look for the words that say
"Set as metered connection" and then toggle it to "On."
The third and last option is the "Group Policy Editor."
The first thing to do is to open the Run command and then type
"gpedit.msc before pressing "Enter." Next step is navigating to these four
areas: Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows
Components and Windows Update. Upon reaching the latter, the user needs
to open it, look for "Configure Automatic Updates" and change the setting
to "2 - Notify for download and notify for install." Afterwards, the user
should open the Settings app and then navigate to: Update and Security,
Windows Updates. He should then click "Check for Updates" and then
restart his PC.
The Group Policy Editor is only applicable to certain editions such as
Windows 10 Education, Enterprise and Pro. For users who don't have group
policy access, they can do the following steps.
1. Open the Run command and then type "regedit" before pressing "Enter."
2. Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Wi
3. Create a "32-bit DWORD" value called "AuOptions." Under "Value Data,"
type "2" and then click "OK."
4. Open the Settings app and navigate to: Update and Security, Windows
Updates. Click "Check for updates."
5. Restart.

The biggest romance in the tech industry to product an open media that will change Internet video-open source format for video!!
This might be the best the tech industrial complex collaboration ever produced..
What inspired this collaboration might be far fetched for now, but, what the future
Hold for Internet might take a new twist sooner than later....The names are very big
....the outcome...shall come biggest!!!
Some of the biggest names in the tech industry, namely Google, Microsoft,
Mozilla, Amazon, Cisco, Intel and Netflix, are joining together to change
how videos work over the Internet.
The companies formed the Alliance for Open Media, which will look to
develop a new open source format for videos. Included in the companies
are three of the top Internet browser makers in Google, Microsoft and
Mozilla, some of the biggest names that work with online videos in Amazon
and Netflix, and major technology providers in Intel and Cisco. Cisco,
notably, created WebEx, which is one of the most popular tools for holding
teleconferences for businesses worldwide.
However, as tech news website Wired pointed out , Apple, which develops
its own Internet browser in Safari, and Facebook, a growing source for
online videos, are not among the companies that formed the alliance.
Mozilla announced the formation of the alliance through a post on its
official blog, where the company stated that the members of the Alliance
for Open Media joined forces to be able to share technology and to be able
to carry out the necessary patent analysis for the development of a next-
generation, royalty-free codec for videos.
Being royalty-free, companies will be allowed to create software for
recording and converting other videos into the new format without having
to pay any feesThe new format is not yet named, but it will make it simpler for Internet
giants to eliminate their dependence on Adobe Flash for online videos. The
format will be specifically designed to deliver streaming online videos, with
the aim to make the videos suitable for low-powered devices.
The new format will also supposedly feature copy protection support, which
will greatly benefit companies such as Netflix.
Mozilla said that the plan would be to release the standard under Apache
License 2.0, which is perhaps the most permissive among all the open
source licenses currently available, as the license includes the usage of all
relevant patents and also allows the code that is covered to be used for
proprietary and commercial projects.
"Customer expectations for media delivery continue to grow, and fulfilling
their expectations requires the concerted energy of the entire ecosystem,"
said Gabe Frost, the executive director for the alliance.

relevant patents and also allows the code that is covered to be used for
proprietary and commercial projects.
"Customer expectations for media delivery continue to grow, and fulfilling
their expectations requires the concerted energy of the entire ecosystem,"
said Gabe Frost, the executive director for the alliance.

InterDigital stock dropped 3% has Microsoft wins
The International Trade Commission has ruled that Microsoft did not
infringe on patents by InterDigital. The case is almost eight years old, and is
interesting considering the fact that the patents in question are considered
important to how a smartphone functions.
US ITC Ruling Against InterDigital In 8-Year-Old Microsoft/
Nokia Patent Infringement Case.
Microsoft has now avoided a potentially huge setback to its mobile handset
busines expansion, after the International Trade Commission decided not to block
imports of its devices as part of a long-running patent dispute with
InterDigital.
The decision on Aug. 28 turned back a ruling in April that deemed that
Microsoft had in fact infringed upon two InterDigital patents, a ruling that
would have resulted in a U.S. import ban on Microsoft-made Nokia phones.
The decision is certainly good news for Microsoft, which has been
struggling in its mobile business against the likes of Apple and Google for a
number of years. Of course, the decision isn't so good for InterDigital.
"Today's decision is disappointing but is expected to have a limited impact
on our going-forward business, given the decline of the Nokia mobile device
business under Microsoft's control and its limited market position," said
William J. Merritt, CEO of InterDigital, in a statement. "InterDigital will
continue to seek compensation for past infringement and the further
unlicensed use of our contributions to wireless mobile communication
standards."
Following the decision, InterDigital's stock was down 3 percent. The issue
is amplified because of the fact that the patents owned by InterDigital are
considered essential to how smartphones work. InterDigital says that it will
continue to seek compensation for past infringements.

The love affair between Microsoft and Linux ; the reality!!!!
If you're still wondering why the September print cover
story is all about open source.Open source was long the antithesis of
everything Microsoft traditionally stood for, it's no secret
those days are long past.
But even as Microsoft incrementally started dipping its arms
into various open source world over the past decade, it was often with
the goal of boosting the fortunes of
its proprietary software. Hence, the community greeted any
moves with suspicion and cynicism, often with good reason.
As the company built out Microsoft Azure and supported Linux, Java and a
myriad of other open source platforms several years ago, it went largely
unnoticed outside the Microsoft community. The inflexion point was nearly
a year ago when CEO Satya Nadella said "Microsoft loves Linux." In my
mind, it was clear Microsoft was all in when Azure CTO Mark Russinovich
earlier this year didn't rule out the possibility of Microsoft open sourcing
Windows.
To determine how the open source community really views Microsoft's
moves, I turned to respected author Steven J. Vaughn-Nichols. Vaughn-
Nichols has covered the mainstream open source industry since its
beginning nearly two decades ago and has penned many articles and
columns exploring Microsoft's moves with a cynical eye.
If anyone could find something unscrupulous, or even suspicious, he would
be the one to find it. Indeed, many are adamantly cynical of Microsoft's
open source motives. Others remain skeptical given Microsoft's Android
patent suits, but am willing to give the company the benefit of the doubt.while there still exists a loudening chorus of prominent members of the open source
community who are outright impressed, a sign Microsoft is incrementally
becoming a welcome member.
When Microsoft finally get these to full effect, the market is their's to conquer....

White holes and alternate universes-Stephen Hawking solution yet..
This theory posits that inside every black hole is another universe; and that the if you could pass through the event horizon of the black hole, you’d be emitted by an object called a white hole on the other side. A white hole is a theoretical structure (none are known to exist, though they don’t violate any of the known laws of physics) that emit matter and energy, but cannot ever be reached from the outside. I’m not going to pretend to understand the physics much past that, except to note that there’s no known way for a white hole to form, no white holes have ever been observed to exist, and white holes don’t form when stars collapse(THIS IS QUITE OBSERVABLE WITH PHYSICS AND IT KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE BELIEF THIS THEORY , AND HAWKIN'S CAN GET GET THIS DONE WITH BEFORE WILL NOT BELIEF THE THEORY UNREAL ).
Artist's conception of a white hole keeps it up;according to some theories, a white hole, rather than the Big Bang, might have been responsible for the birth of our own universe. This is, as you might expect, rather difficult to test directly and indirectly. The chance/s that we’ll ever answer the question pro or con is quite low. Not only are we fresh out of black holes in this neck of the woods, the gravitational fields surrounding them would destroy any scientific instrument package we could build. Even if the alternate universe theory is true, what a white hole emits is a blast of energy — not a probe, and certainly not a human being.
For some decades, black holes have been at the center of a paradoxical problem — a problem famed physicist (Stephen Hawking) now believes he’s solved. Even if you don’t follow physics and astronomy closely, you’re likely familiar with the concept of black holes. Black holes, acclaimed to be formed by the collapse of super-massive stars, are areas of gravitation so intense that nothing, not even light, can escape. As an object approaches a black hole, it is stretched and compressed beyond recognition, until it passes through the event horizon and… well, we don’t know what happens inside the event horizon of a black hole.
In 1974,Hawking thinks he may have solved problem, Hawking proved that black holes do emit particles, in the form of so-called Hawking radiation. That means that over time — an absolutely fantastic amount of time — black holes evaporate. But if a black hole can evaporate, what happens to the information about the material it once absorbed?
To understand this in the physical world, consider the drought afflicting much of the Southwest Nations . As reservoirs fall, garbage, old vehicles, and even entire towns becomes visible. The “information,” in this case, is disclosed as the reservoir evaporates. Remember, though — a black hole is an area of such intense gravity that nothing can escape, including information about what it previously digested. If the information disappears with the black hole, that violates quantum mechanics. If the information doesn’t escape, that also violates the laws of quantum mechanics. It’s a problem.
Hawking at the conference.
Here’s Hawking’s new solution(s). At a conference sponsored by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology this week, he proposed one of two answers. First, it’s possible that the physical material (information) swallowed by the black hole never actually enters it at all. Instead, it’s smashed into the point of no return and encoded as a two-dimensional hologram.
“The information is not stored in the interior of the black hole as one might expect, but in its boundary — the event horizon,” he said. Working with Cambridge Professor Malcolm Perry (who spoke afterward) and Harvard Professor Andrew Stromberg, Hawking formulated the idea that information is stored in the form of what are known as super translations.
“The idea is the super translations are a hologram of the ingoing particles,” Hawking said. “Thus they contain all the information that would otherwise be lost.”
The information stored in these holograms is then emitted in the form of quantum fluctuations, though the data is so scrambled as to be useless for all intents and purposes. To return to our real-world analogy, imagine feeding a car through a crusher, industrial wood chipper, and coffee grinder. Even if you captured every bit of fluid, metal shavings, and tattered upholstery released at every stage of this process, there’s no way to reconstitute two tons of finely-ground Mercedes into a vehicle.
The advantage of this theory is that it doesn’t violate quantum mechanics. The disadvantage is that it’s rather boring.
The other proposed option by Hawking's is that black holes might serve as gateways into other universes. “The existence of alternative histories with black holes suggests this might be possible,” Hawking said. “The hole would need to be large and if it was rotating it might have a passage to another universe. But you couldn’t come back to our universe.

patient dispute-Microsoft's Lumia smartphones avoid US import ban
"In April, the U.S. trade judge ruled that Microsoft used InterDigital's
patents, considered standard in the industry, but refused to pay for
a license to them. An import ban would have affected any Microsoft
phone using 3G cellular technology, including its Lumia
smartphones."
"After reviewing that ruling, the commission said on Friday that
Microsoft did not violate the patents, but it did not address the issue
of fair licensing for essential patents."
"Earlier this month, Microsoft sued InterDigital in Delaware federal
court, claiming InterDigital violated U.S. antitrust law by breaking
promises to offer licenses on reasonable terms.
Microsoft's smartphones can continued to be imported and sold in
the US, according to a ruling this week by the U.S. International
Trade Commission. Their decision overturned a previous ruling by a
judge in April, who declared Microsoft had violated two patents owned
by InterDigital.
The dispute over these patents, which concern optimising a
cellphone's power to connect to a network, first started way back in
2007, when InterDigital sued Nokia, claiming that the company had
infringed on their property by using them in their phones without the
proper licence or payment. Microsoft acquired Nokia's Devices and
Services business in 2014, which included the ongoing court battle
with InterDigital.

these are your best dating apps for Android os nd IOS...and you never complain if being single anymore...
Here they come in styles and smiles...
HowAboutWe ( iOS, Android)
This app relies on the premise that two people who have the same idea of
what a perfect first date would be like would hit it off on their first date.
HowAboutWe works by letting you broadcast a suggestion for a date and
have other people contact you when they are intrigued. It's a free download
but members will have to pay if they want to receive messages from other
members.
Coffee Meets Bagel ( iOS , Android)
If you don't want to sift through tons of profiles to meet a date, Coffee
Meets Bagel will do it for you. Every day at noontime, this app will match
you up with one person that you can either like or pass and who shares at
least one mutual friend on Facebook. Over time, the app learns what type of
people you'd like to meet and will be able to show you better matches.
Plus, the existence of a mutual friend makes it a bit safer than having to
meet up with random people you meet on the Internet.
Hinge ( iOS, Android)
Hinge is basically Coffee Meets Bagel on steroids. Instead of being
matched to one person every day, you get matched to 15 different people
each day. Like Coffee Meets Bagel, Hinge pulls information from your
Facebook profile and matches you up only with people who are friends with
your friends, therefore taking out the creepiness that normally comes along
with dating people online.
Pure ( iOS )
Pure was developed for one thing and one thing only: to help you get laid
and erase evidence of what happened later. Branding itself the "Uber for
dates," Pure lets you post a request to meet up with someone for a date,
and that request will be sent to everyone within a certain distance from
where you are. If someone accepts, it's hookup city for you. If not, all
traces of your meetup request will be deleted and no one (except probably
the NSA) will know.
Grindr ( iOS , Android)
Grindr is one of the best places for you to meet gay, bi-sexual, and bi-
curious men that are near your location. In fact, Grindr has become pretty
much a part of many gay communities that when people meet others in
person, they ask for their profiles on Grindr instead of Facebook. Grindr is a
free app that makes money off advertisements. If you want an ad-free
environment, you can pay for Grindr Xtra, which comes with additional
features as well.
Dattch ( iOS , Android )
As Grindr is for men, Dattch is for lesbian, bi-sexual, and bi-curious women.
This app offers a fun, fresh vibe for meeting other women to date or just
other women to make friends with when you just moved to a new city.
When you're feeling uncomfortable about chatting up other people, you can
play the app's "Would You Rather" game to break the ice and meet other
women who might suit your preferences.
At First Sight ( Android)
Plenty of pictures and a well-thought-out profile are no match to video
when it comes to telling something about a person. That is what "The
Bachelor" host Chris Harrison had in mind when he developed At First
Sight. With apps such as Vine becoming more and more popular, it won't
be a wonder if At First Sight sets the stage for the future of online dating.
Tastebuds ( iOS )
Research shows the types of music we listen to define the type of people
we want to date. For instance, if you're a Beatles fan, you're likely going to
hit it off with someone who likes the Rolling Stones. On the other hand, if
you listen to Jay-Z and Eminem all day, you're not likely a match with
someone who loves Andrea Bocelli. That's what Tastebuds banks on as it
aims to match people based on their musical preferences.
OkCupid ( iOS, Android)
OkCupid is basically the mobile version of the OkCupid website, one of the
biggest dating websites that has been around for a while. Everything you
can do on the OkCupid website, you can also do on the app, including
create your own profile, check out and rate other people's profiles, chat with
people you're interested in, and answer questionnaires to match up with
someone similar to you.
Plenty of Fish ( iOS, Android)
Plenty of Fish apparently attracts 60,000 new members every week, which
shouldn't be surprise as the app relies on the old saying that dating is a
numbers game. Like OkCupid, Plenty of Fish is a dating site turned mobile
app where you can build your profile, find matches, and message them. It
has also taken a page out of Tinder's easy swiping strategy to allow people
to quickly scan through all the matches they get.
Bumble ( iOS)
If you're sick of the not-so-occasional pervert that turns up on Tinder,
Bumble is the perfect alternative for you. This iOS app is actually the
brainchild of a Tinder co-founder who left Tinder and sued another co-
founder for sexual harassment. This explains why Bumble has a bit of
similarity with Tinder by letting users swipe right when they like someone.
The difference? Bumble lets women take control by being the ones who
have to make the first move. They have to do so in 24 hours, though.
Otherwise, the match disappears and you spend your entire life wondering
what could have been if you just had the courage to chat up that hottie.
Tinder ( iOS , Android )
There's a reason Tinder became extremely popular over the last year. It is
set up in such an addictive way that can have you swiping for hours
looking through profiles of people you might be interested in. Plus, it places
a premium on privacy and minimal emotional investment, as it banks mostly
on physical attraction to get a pair to meet up. Tinder's become a hotbed
for sleazeballs in the recent months, though, so if you can't handle the bad
jokes and even worse pick-up lines, there are plenty of other options.
